The academic departments of MPIS have to mandatorily develop 5 training modules and train all the teachers of MPIS on specified dates. This program is known as mandatory faculty development program. If a department fails to develop training manual and train the teachers ,their status will be updated as disqualified. Once disqualified the department members will not be eligible for the rights, privileges, and responsibilities appertaining thereunto.Topics are allotted through the heads of the departments
