MPIS offers Senior Secondary Courses for the eligible students in three streams – Humanities, Commerce and Science. Upon completion of a senior secondary course, students are typically awarded AISSCE Certificate by the Central Board of Secondary Education, which serves as proof of their completion of secondary education and eligibility for higher education institutions or vocational training programs.

The allotment for groups is done as per the availability of seats and applicants for a specific group. Applicants will also be permitted to opt for an additional subject as per the CBSE norms .
